ARRIVAL: Your booked apartment is ready for you from 15:00. If you arrive after 18:00 o'clock, we ask you to inform us briefly by phone or e-mail.
DEPARTURE: We ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am.
DEPOSIT: At the time of booking 30% of the total amount.
BREAKFAST BASKET: Products from the region with short delivery routes and from controlled cultivation.
PETS: Pets are not allowed at the Moarhof, as we want to ensure allergy-friendly apartments for our guests.
BARRIER-FREE: The farm is not barrier-free
LOCAL TAX: This is not included in the price and must be paid on site and for all persons 14 years and older.
PICKUP FROM BUS & TRAIN STATION: We are happy to offer pickup from the nearest bus & train station upon request.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Up to two months before arrival a cancellation can be made free of charge
Up to 30 days before arrival 40% of the booked price will be charged.
Up to 8 days before arrival 70% of the booked travel price will be charged.
From 7 days before arrival 90% of the booked travel price must be paid.
In case of non-arrival or shortening of the stay, the full amount of the total travel price will be charged.

• Use of the farm's own fruit and vegetable garden and use of fresh herbs from our herb garden (seasonal and depending on availability)
• Use of wellness area, common room, barbecue

Start your day in the midst of South Tyrolean nature with a relaxing breakfast, which will be brought to your apartment door. Delicacies from the farm, products from the region and the daily fresh bread service leave nothing to be desired.

You are welcome to book our ready-to-eat breakfast basket on request. It is also possible to include fresh, farm-fresh products in your breakfast.

On request, we are also happy to offer bread service. For this we charge 5.00 € / service.
